Travel insurance for over 80s

Anybody have any experience of these guys? We're travelling on sept 13th and I'm hoping they're true to their word?

We made a claim with InsureandGo in December for a hospital stay in Delhi. Money was reimbursed with no problems. They even paid for the half a dozen trips to and from the hospital using the hotel's car and driver.
