Having had a Cash Passport for travel when I was younger, I was aware of the fees involved, as it was communicated to me at the time of setting it up. I also did receive those regular statements in the post.
When the need for the passport was no longer there, I used it as the card for my iTunes account until I completely depleted the account. It seemed to work for me.

If what has been done is not in the contract, contact the financial ombudsman and keep us posted here. Its great publicity for such an 'ethical' outfit!

Good - As I said earlier that's your first step, failing that, I'd go to Home Page :: Financial Ombudsman Service and make a complaint
