Hi there,

I am going to Singapore in 12 days, trying to get my vaccination certificate uploaded (the QR code) in order to get the travel pass (VTL ticket booked pre cancellation). Any idea how to upload it in order to get it recognised? Thanks

Any idea how to upload it

Open the vaccination certificate on your computer.
Take a screenshot of the QR code and save it as a JPG or PNG or PDF file
On the Mac OSX it is command-shift-4 and drag the mouse over the QR code

Move and Crop the screenshot by moving the borders to move eliminate extraneous area within the shot

Then press the upload file button in the VTL application page which will take you to your file finder window. Search for your saved file and then "open it" or upload it from within that window.

That’s what I did but it didn’t recognize it, getting an error message. I tried contacting their support but no luck so far
