When did you travel although they normally post within a couple of days the T's and C's say up to 6 weeks. In the past offers there were initially a few issues but were sorted over the first few weeks of the travel period.

Mine took 4 weeks to come through, that was for flights mid Feb and the TravelPass DSC credited mid March

I’m used to normal DSC offers posting within a couple of days but certainly not happening with the TravelPass

The double SC’s for our 18 and 23 Jan flights posted on 7 Feb. The combined single posting makes me think it’s a manual process

This could be interesting. What happens if
- you are 30sc short of the next tier but waiting for the TravelPass DSC to come through (40sc)
- you're collecting year ends before that but you would have gone to the next tier with the missing DSC

Why this is important:
--> higher tier means more sc to roll over into the next year
--> also means less sc to maintain that new tier
--> if DSC gets credited in the new collecting year, will they count for that year or will they grant you the higher tier and give you the extra sc rollover as they should count to the previous membership year.

Status credits from normal DSC promotions are always backdated so they accrue on the date that the activity actually happened.

This would mean that if you were due to attain a higher level, this would still happen even if you were in a new membership year.

However, DSC from TravelPass is relatively new so the way they credit may be different - maybe someone who has received status credits from a TravelPass could confirm if they were backdated?
