2000 points first stay as well. I note they had a little cross next to that info, which doesn't seem to indicate to me that it only applies to a new booking.

In addition to earning Double Points Monday-Thursday nights and Triple Points Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights*, you're eligible to receive 2,000 Bonus Points on your 1[SUP]st[/SUP] stay during the Triple Your Trip Promotion.[SUP]†
[/SUP]

[SUP]†[/SUP]This offer is valid for select Hilton HHonors members who receive this offer after registering for the (“Triple Your Trip”) promotion. It cannot be combined with other offers and is not transferable. The offer is valid for eligible stays completed between 1 September and 31 December, 2015 ("Promotion Period") at any hotel in the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. Select HHonors members will receive 2,000 Bonus Points after the completion of their first stay within the Promotion Period. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward tier qualification. Please allow six to eight weeks from completion of your stay for points to appear in your HHonors account.

My understanding is that there is an additional bonus 2000 points for new bookings as per #4 above.
I would have rebooked anyway for the cheaper rate that has now become available.
I believe you are overthinking it.

2015 ‘Triple Your Trip’ HHonors promotion
If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay. Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any registered guests with nights within the Promotion Period will receive the promotion bonus.
I have a stay on Aug31st booked a month ago - and received the additional offer of 2K for 1st stay bonus - I'll post how it goes ...

Any one come across any info re HHonors promo for 1st quarter 2016? :)

Any one come across any info re HHonors promo for 1st quarter 2016? :)

I've been waiting as well!

Not yet. Was it last year that they skipped Jan/Feb?

I think it was the last quarter of 2014, but didn't they have that competition/questionnaire about what we'd like to see? I hope they don't skip Q1 2016!

EDIT - I think we might both be right Cynicor. Looking at my past stay record, December had the VA bonus offer, as did at least part of the Q1 2014. Hilton themselves appear to have had what they list as a LRM Brand bonus (which looks like it was pretty ordinary) and then in Q2 they had the double points offer. All in all, the first part of this year was slim pickings as far as bonuses were concerned!

LRM bonus is the 3 stackable Conrad offers? They go year round, I generally have the maxed by about mid Jan :(

I really can't complain but an offer would be nice. Due to finish this year on just over 300k base points and will have burnt 1.3 million points. Thinking another stay at Rangali next year but the AUD is making this place even more expensive.

Hopefully we get something for Jan and Feb as I have a heap of stays coming up that will be low $ as they are on points.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but are there still the diamond challenges available in the first quarter of a year? I will likely end on Gold this year, but would be up for diamond challenge. Would make a few stays in Jan/Feb/Mar a bit more worthwhile.

cheers.
