Trouble contacting Asia Miles call centre

Not sure if anyone is experiencing this problem but I have tried to call the AM Australian call centre and where it ask to enter the 10 digital number I have entered multiple times but it keeps saying invalid.

I've not had that problem, but several times in the past month I've not been able to reach the call centre at all. As in "this number is disconnected" or similar. I managed to get through, finally, by calling late at night. I do love the Asia Miles value -- persisting got me the reward booking which I couldn't book on line -- but man it can be a frustrating experience. On another occasion I left a call-back voice message, which was returned more than 24hrs later. Naturally the award seat was no longer available.

Oh, and while trying to connect one day, I DMed their Facebook team and they replied immediately. Couldn't help with my booking but at least could confirm I was calling the right number.

Thanks found out through messaging their Facebook page that the Asia Miles number will take a few days to register on their customer service system since it’s a new registration.
