I thought I would be smart and fill in the details on the app so that they just needed to scan the code. Probably a waste of time now
 
Do it anyway, you never know. It's a few seconds to save some time. And then if you do the paper forms you'll have the pertinent details handy.
 
That's ok. If they have the drop boxes you just claim that way and get it eventually.

Drop box sounds better to me (no inspection too) vs standing in line for an hour the last time I did it.

I'm happy to sacrifice waiting for my money if I can get my lounge time back.
 
GST refund has hit bank account. Close to a month since I dropped the form in the box at BNE airport.

Just got mine back through my credit card. At the SYD TRS drop-box, the Officer was telling everyone that refunds will take "... 7-10 days".

48 days for me. Yes, 48, :(, and all the paperwork had been completed as required.
