If you are status member (Gold above ) from QF flying MU metal, you could actually access QF operated and MU operated lounges with your QF status, together with priority check-in and priority boarding. However these 3 benefits only applies to MU flights between or within China and Australia. (The MU lounge staff in China domestic lounges might not know this niche policy, but if you insist them to check their guidebook they shall be able to figure it out. )
