Turkish Airlines question

I'm aware that Turkish Airlines are part of Star Alliance- however, is there any other way I could book a flight on Turkish Airlines using any of my current memberships-
I have miles accrued in the following:

American Airlines Advantage
Qantas Frequent Flyer
Alaska Airlines
Singapore Airlines Kris
Virgin Airlines Velocity

I already have flights booked through from Tel Aviv - Amaan - Abu Dhabi - Melbourne in business, but, I've suddenly thought that it might be a great idea to detour and go to Istanbul for a few days rather than spend 6 hours at the airport in Jordan (in transit) and another 3 hours in transit in AUH
(we are already taking advantage of the 2 for 1 nights in AUH on our way over to Europe)

I am aware I can keep the Royal Jordanian flight award I already in place, I can do:

TLV - AMMAN - IST - IST - AUH - MEL

I'm just trying to shorten the trip time/length by cutting out the flight to Jordan.

Hope someone can offer some advice. and thanks in advance

You can via SQ, and as an extension of that, by transferring VA to SQ.
