Hi folks

I've got a domestic flight booked next week on VA SYD-BNE. The flight I've booked departs 5pm and the fare class is B (Flexi).

My plans have now changed and I think I'm going to have to be in Brisbane as early as possible that day.

If I rock up to the airport at 5 or 6am on the day how likely am I to be able to get on a flight (assuming seats are available)?

Is there a limit to how much earlier in the day you can fly on a flexi fare without purchasing a new ticket or formally changing the ticket and paying a fare difference?

Thanks!

Are you a Gold/Plat of VFF? Fly ahead might work in your favour, but all depends on where the free seats are

Safest bet is to change your flight now and lock in a seat; No change fee, but there may the fare difference

Ring em.... Early flights usually book out cause business travelers like your self need to start early..... In saying that bad luck to others could be good luck to you and you get a seat!
You have a good chance of seat due to direction your heading..... As long as the cyclone weather is past!
