Just watched Brotherhood of Blades 2 (prequel to Brotherhood of Blades). Over the weekend it was Red Cliff (Parts 1 & 2). Chinese wuxia (martial heroes) films. Quite different from the usual run of the mill stuff.

The Crimson Rivers is a nice little Frech crime series - each story is only 2 episodes so a real bonus! Might sound a bit gruesome but it's not - it's very watchable.
Loved Crimson Rivers. Look for Spiral - “gritty” Paris cops with female inspector boss. Several series.

SBS has some good stuff atm. False Flag is not bad, and there’s some Nordic noir.

Fantastic series on SBS currently - 'Frontline medicine' with Michael Mosely. Showing how doctors etc on war front lines are making innovative advances in extreme trauma (gunshot/bomb) treatment - usable in civilian circumstances. 8:30 Mondays; second program tonight.

Yep, watched Spiral too. Enjoyed it as well.

Not a fan of Michael Mosely

I’ll have to go into withdrawal again. Westworld gone for another 2 years or so.

Killing Eve. Cardinal. Baghdad Central. Manhunt (UK).
