Bored in lockdown? Watch the penguins with commentary

From Tuesday, 25 August 2020, 6:00PM (AEST), you can indulge in some nature from the comfort of your own living room.
Phillip Island’s much-loved penguin parade is being live streamed nightly.
It’s believed to be the world’s first nightly live stream of a natural wildlife event at a regular time, with expert commentary.

What is Live Penguin TV?
At sunset every night (AEST) the world's largest colony of Little Penguins waddle up Phillip Island's floodlit beaches to their homes. Since we aren't able to welcome visitors to enjoy this natural phenomenon in person at the moment, we've decided to bring the penguins into homes across the world instead.
How can I watch it?
Viewers can tune in on our Facebook page or YouTube channel to watch live and ask questions in real-time, or here on this page to watch it back later. You can watch on your phone, laptop or if you're feeling extra savvy - stream to your TV to enjoy the little penguins on the big screen!

Watched What About Dick? the other night. Possibly not something a lot of people would enjoy but I thought it funny (probably watching the characters struggle to deliver their lines without laughing - Billy Connelly had particular trouble).
Although described by Netflix as "a madcap stage play from Monty Python icon Eric Idle, comic greats perform the decline and fall of the British Empire ... as told through a piano" - think of it more as a reincarnation of the Goon Show with lots of language. :D

I seem completely unable to stream Amazon to my TV although using the Ipad is fine. It stops starts then gets stuck. I've updated and checked everything. I'm thinking of unsubscribing. Do you have any tips?

Sorry I don't think I'll be much help as I have the Telstra TV box which is connected straight into my TV.

Mr FM just chrome casts to the TV - haven’t had any problems?

As above Google Chrome maybe useful.

One option for you maybe to use a streamer download program such as Allavsoft to download the episode or series you want to watch then watch through a NAS or similar.

I use this all the time for ABC and SBS programs.

Thats what I do with Stan, Netflix and more recently Foxtel (as mr grumpy downstairs wont let Foxtel on to the roof to upgrade our satellite) and that works just fine, but not for Prime.

We Chromecast from phone to TV.

Prime does have a data use setting that strangely might be causing you a problem. Perhaps check it is on unlimited?

Just an update. I have now watched 4 episodes of Brave New World so far and it is excellent ;)

With Peacock: Stream TV and Movies Online, Watch Live News and Sports it turns out for series that only the first 2 episodes are free. However there i s 7 day free trial period. So if you like the first 2 episodes just join the free trial and you then have a week to knock off the other episodes.

With Peacock: Stream TV and Movies Online, Watch Live News and Sports unless you are into US sports the overall content is not great, and there are a lot of old shows. The one or two new ones that appealed to me I had already seen.

I was just watching something on Stan last night and I noticed that it said that Brave New World was coming soon. So Stan will be another option for people watch Brave New World.

My wife and I just watched a quite amazing 96 minute documentary on Netflix called: Three Identical Strangers .

I will not say what it is about as I do not want to give any spoilers, but it is very much worth watching. And moreso if you enjoy a well made documentary.

It's a good series.

We are about to watch the new 'season' of Strike - only 4 episodes so not really a season.
Yes. Just looking at that now. Sounds interesting. Reviews are fair.

Have you seen the earlier episodes/books? I confess I have read Lethal White but it was some time ago. Not bad but nothing on Bosch imho.
