TV series discussion {'ware Spoiler Alert}

Watched the first episode of the second season to Silo on Apple TV. Very strong opening - absolutely loved it. Currently traveling so will have to wait until next week to watch the 2nd and 3rd episodes

Very much looking forward to Dexter: Original Sin starting on 13 Dec on Paramount +

Casting looks great

Am enjoying "Douglas is Cancelled" on ABC/iView, written by Seven Moffat, staring the wonderful Karen Gillan and Alex Kkngston.

Am also now up to season 6 of Bosch.

Oh I read a bit about this and am keen to check it out.

On the do not watch list ........ The Office, Australian edition. Terrible. Cringeworthy.
I'll add it to the UK and American editions which are long-standing additions to my do not watch list.

MrsGM and I are enjoying the Danish comedy "Skruk" (Baby Fever) on Netflix.

Finished this last night, really well done. Karen Gillan's performance in episode 3 & 4 in particular was stellar.

Also loved that Moffat went back to his roots and included segments in the credits as he did right back on his first ever show.

Its brilliant … wonder if the choice of Hugh Bonneville was the extra flourish given his prior media demi-cancellation … life-art-life….(PS - I thought what happened to him was very wrong)

Not quite TV, but on Q entertainment is an excellent Australian film "The Blind Sea". Follows the journey of paralympian Matt Formston.
Even if you are not interested in surfing and/or haven't been to any of the big wave areas Nazare, Pipeline etc you will still marvel at his achievements.

Watched an episode of My Life is Murder, the retired detective is played by Lucy Lawless and she is at an archery range.
Her first shot is a bulls eye, those with her say "you must have done this before", her character says, well it's been a few years.........
Reference of course to Xena....
This series and Brokenwood are good fun, nothing too serious and most enjoyable. :)
