UAE big storms, flooding and a/port closed

Live over here. It was a big storm for here ( nothing like we get in Brisvegas during severe storms however). Its more a case the place has no drainage and there is a fair bit of damage as a result. Schools are closed, but the airport is now operating and the skies are clear and blue.

In Dubai at NY there was record rain. But not that much really - the city just isn't built for rain. Flooding everywhere but only because of poor systemic drainage.
