Does anyone have any issues with flight changes and seats selection via QF app?
Recently I hv booked HKG <> MEL and before the flight took place, I wasn’t able to change flight dates and had to contact Qantas office to make the changes. I ask the staff as to why, she said becoz my journey hasn’t started yet. Being a WP myself, it’s kinda odd as I’ve made tons of these changes via the app before.
And as I’m flying back to HKG this weekend, I wanted to see if any other seats available, but it won’t let me change my seat with the msg “INELIGIBLE BOOKING - Your flight is flown and Seat Selection is not available”. It’s not a saver class but a class H econ ticket, I find this very frustrating.
