Unable to select seats on QF38

Hi all, have booked two business seats (paid fare) on QF38, however unable to select seats on Manage my Booking page despite flight coming up in <80hrs. Any thoughts on why?

QF38 is Scheduled to depart 11:40pm Singapore Time, so T-80 would be at 3:40pm local. Given it is less than 80 hours I'm guessing the 16th July.

Loadings are chockers. Qantas is not selling business class on the flight (J0) with only 5 expensive economy seats available (K5).

Expert Flyer reveals just the one free seat (that is not allocated/blocked). Since there are two of you and presumably you have not yet selected seats that is probably why.
