Unexpected error while “attempting” to process your request

Trying to book multi city flights, get to the end, enter credit card details, then get hit with this message. Have tried clearing browser, tried via the app, tried without using my velocity number. If I search as individual one way fares, the price for one of the legs is almost triple. Has anybody else encountered this issue?

it might help if you give your itinerary to see if there is an error in that
