I was in the TK J lounge at Istanbul yesterday and noticed that there was a complimentary ironing service. Literally a booth with a staff member and an ironing board.

This is the same lounge that has a golf simulator and a VR flight simulator.

What other unique features have you found at an airport lounge that you haven't seen in any other lounge?

The united Polaris lounge at LAX (or is it SFO?) has an ironing service too! Which are also in several of the arrivals lounges (BA/VS etc).

I guess what immediately springs to mind is Finnair’s sauna? And CX’s cabanas. (LH also has baths, but not quite the same as the cathay ones!)

Soft product wise… LH’s ducks.

The CCR at LHR always seemed to have Bob Geldof in it over the course of 2018. Well he always seemed to be there in there when I called it home. :p

I've tried this in the old terminal:

LH Senator lounge in FRA has lockers to store bags. Nice to be able to leave a a bag locked up when stretching the legs around the terminal.

JL F HND shoe shine service.
I'd say their sushi bar. But NH has it too and so does NRT i believe.

I see this in all the JL lounges.

A couple of years sgo when Qantas had a lounge at NRT there was the beer pouring machine, when I was in HND last year there was the beer pouring machines.

A few lounges around the world have them but not that common.

AF lounge CDG 2F as well as JFK T1 - complimentary 15min facials at the Clarins booth. At JFK it’s also a PP accessible lounge that serves real and self-pour champagne.

I would love an airport lounge with a gym (provided there are also readily accessible showers! And not like at the TK lounge in IST where the wait time for a shower in the morning peak was 2 hours...)
Wasn't one of the new EY lounges meant to get a gym? Haven't heard anything atm but I do remember reading about it.

While I personally would also love a gym, I would also vote against it considering people are perhaps not as aware of their bodily odours as they should be (and subsequently choose not to shower).

Would love a pool as well, although same argument (and the need for high-speed washing and drying facilities I guess?)
