Unused QC pro-rata refund?

Finally hit LTG last week, and have just requested for a refund of whatever residual I had left of my QC membership from pre-status life. I think there was about 4 months left of a corporate discounted plan... so maybe $100 coming my way. Still, it's better than QFF getting to hold on to it!

After a bit of waiting, and some back and forth, I have had confirmtion that my residual QC fee refund is on the way. Wrote them initially on the 29th July, they confirmed I was eligible on the 6th August, they confirmed the amount I was eligible for on the 12th August, and then I waited on the call from them until the 27th August... which I missed Finally got in touch yesterday to enable me to provide the new card details, and they confirmed the refund was processed today.
