Up to 125 Bonus Status credits with min 2 Business Flyer bookings

I flew two flights yesterday and have received the too "coffees" of points per segment on top of the normal earn.

The 10pts seem like placeholders.

I forgot that I had registered for this offer, received the 10 points on my two recent flights despite neither of them having an ABN attached and neither of them being booked through a travel management portal, just via the regular VA website.

Like others have suggested above, I suspect the 10 points may be a workaround for their IT systems so, come the end of the promotion window, they just need to count how many of these postings are in each FF account to determine how many bonus status credits to apply.

The terms do state "Please allow up to 4 weeks after the Promotion Period to be awarded the bonus Status Credits to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account." Given the Promotion Period ended March 31, the four week period would take us to April 28.

Same here, and from that, it seems the customer service agents mentioned in posts 16 and 27 were incorrect.

In a similar vein to that as per @shamatam's post 39. (In my case it the OOL booking was ex MEL rather than CBR.)

Got the full 125 SC as expected also - no sign yet on the 50,000 bonus points for the business flyer account.

Was that 10 points for each or just one lot? A return is at least 2 segments for which you should have received 2 x 10 points.

Nah I got a Back to Business Bonus Points 2025 for each one both were in J

I have 8 separate flights that qualified for the 'Back to Business' 10 FF points, yet somehow they're arguing that only two of them qualify for the Status. I've rung and spoken to multiple csa but got nowhere. I'm seriously annoyed and ready to switch to Qantas.
