Status Credits arrived in my account today from this promotion. To be honest I wasn't expecting them for a while yet as I think the terms and conditions might have mentioned 8 weeks.

I got my SCs. They also were immediately expired, even though I believe they should have rolled over with all my other SCs on my 30 November anniversary.
I’ll contact QFF.

I posted the question about my status credits from this offer immediately expiring via the Qantas contact form. After a week I’ve had no response.

I don’t really want to spend a lot of time on the phone.. how did those who’s SCs expired after the earlier BP SC offer get this one resolved? Thank you!

I think the contact form, but it took a while.

Finally got a reply to the effect of “you received your 50SC” .. that was it.

I replied asking for my whole question to be reviewed because the 50SC should have been eligible for rollover.

I received a follow up reply stating:

"Status Credits earned through flying or with our partners on the ground will count towards the rollover. Status Credits provided by Qantas as a bonus, support or gift will not count towards the rollover." This is why the Bonus Status Credits from the Rewards store failed to belong to those that were rolled over.

Does that sound right? Other Qantas provided bonus SCs (from wine) that I received rolled over.

@AFF Editor would you be willing to ask Qantas like you did here for the BP similar expiry issue?
If not, thanks for any thoughts and input.
