Upgrade QF Codeshare on Alaska Airlines

Hello,

I'm booked on a QF codeshare flight with Alaska Airlines - is there any way to upgrade into Premium or First?

Trying via Manage on the Alaska Airlines website, I'm having no luck - it won't even let me pay $$.

Any thoughts?

Are you using the PNR Qantas gave you, or the AS PNR (which you may need to call Qantas to obtain)?

The AS PNR (which I received from the QF call centre) - the QF PNR does not work on the AS website.
