URGENT HELP - SQ booking is 'ON HOLD' & only 1 passenger ticketed?

We fly out in a few days and upon checking on SQ its says my wife's flight is not ticketed?

We booked Business on VA using Velocity?

Can anyone help or tell me what will likely happen, currently on the phone to VA
