US First Class/ Business Class Options

Hi,
Looking at booking LAX-NYC-YVR in Late April. The first class offerings on AA,UA, and Alaskan look more like the QF737 J class seats. Are there better options for these transcontinental flights to get lie flat seats? What is the difference between First Class Domestic and Business in their offerings?
