US Global Entry Program for Australian citizens [from 2025]

Just been conditionally approved.
I wonder what the process is and whether they consider entry to the US via ex-AU verses other origins. I recall reading the last bit where it said your application won't get proceed if the Australian Government doesn't confirm that you've visited the US 5 times in the past calendar year. My 5 visits have been a mix of AU and UK so I'm not sure if that's considered.

Or perhaps it's the variety of countries I visited that's holding it up.... (no Cuba/Iran/Iraq/NK/etc)
Well there you go. All happy now? ;)

Now now... no need to be snarky :D The process itself was fairly unclear but I'm glad we've sorted it out.

The Auscheck background check took 3 hours since the initial email to the outcome email. Within 15 mins TPP was updated for an interview to be scheduled.

Once you have Conditional Approval, you take the requested documents to an enrollment center and have an interview.
The normal enrollment centers are by appointment, the on arrival centers don't need appointments.

All the US ports of entry with flights from Australia have on arrival offices.
Thanks for the handy link, @Himeno.

I am still waiting for this email and I have called and emailed AUS CHECK a bunch since Monday and they keep saying "we've forwarded to our specialist team"
I received it previously but that application got withdrawn but on my new application I haven't received squat. AUS CHECK are no help. I'm at the point where I may need to contact my local representative to intervene cause it shouldn't take almost 4-5 days to issue an invite for this :|

If you’ve applied and got your new application number from TTP then it’s only the email informing you to submit the background check at Login and just put your application number in that you got.

I’m guessing as it’s a new process they don’t have a way to resend the email easily and it’s unknown to the front line people you’re speaking with.

The application number is the only thing linking the 2 so long as you make sure to enter it you should be fine, the actual email doesn’t contain anything unique.

Strange Home Affairs still say phase one is open, I thought that would be filled up within an hour.

At work I told a few people about it. I was sure they would be eligible, but they were all at 4 arrivals within 12 months, not five. So maybe the pool of 5+ is smaller than I imagined.
