I've don't SQ Suites already and will have to put together my own TR sometime soon, but yours is a high bar to reach
I'm sure a lot of people enjoyed the ride as much as you with such an extensive report.

Obviously TPR is a great privilege and I've enjoyed the two visits I've had, but I'd agree it is sterile and rather boring. And there isn't the "we'll do everything we can to please you" attitude -- eg I was once unable to choose a lobster dish because the dinner menu didn't start for 45 minutes - never mind it was in the kitchen and the chef for dinner was already there.

Its great virtue is comfort and quiet, though ironically all it takes is one idiot talking loudly on a phone to ruin the experience.

The new suites look good. And really glad you enjoyed the experience.
