As expected Amex have responded telling me;
"We've reviewed the complaint you raised, and we've acted in accordance with both Amex T&Cs and regulations"
No other information ! is it worth complaining to the afca ? i know its only $450 promotion, but it is dishonest and the principle of the thing. N
