Hi all,
A quick one. Using my first platinum comp upgrade for a flight to brisbane.
Bought a flexi ticket and upgraded this, however when i had my ticket sent to me it shows up as a reward flight, also when i checked in online the same thing comes up. I had assumed I should earn a flexi rate points and status credit on this flight.
Anyone know the answer who has used these upgrades.

Many thanks

If it doesn't credit properly, you should be able to call them to get that fixed. You'll earn per the ticket you booked, not the upgrade, AFAIK.

You will earn flexi SC's, it says reward as availability comes from the reward fare bucket. System works quite well, never had to contact them and have used them since they came in.

The family and I have just come back from Perth and complimentary upgrades to go from flexi to business. Points were credited for the original flexi fare were credited 3 days later. If you have any problems just ring off customer service and they should fix it straight away.
