Sign up to Etihad guest to do your searches and if there is an award available then AA accesses the same space. A couple of pitfalls
- Space to SYD dried up from AUH for when I wanted to fly so I booked via MEL with the last leg in QF J, when space opened up again I could book it but there is a $150 fee to add or remove carriers
- You only get chauffeur if it's the last step ie in this case I didn't as MEL was my Etihad destination

Other than that it's a great idea and space is great.

Booked 2x F awards on AUH-MEL using AA miles last week. Chauffer drive system is able to recognise booking and allows me to book.

Used EY website to check availability. Can also use KVS like you mention. Experflyer however does not currently support EY award availability.

What do you mean recognise the booking ? You mean appears on your EY login and then you go from there ?
What have your experiences been like in EY F (if you have flown it before) compared to say QF F and CX F ?

Cheers

easy tiger... LOL sorry couldn't resist.

Anyway I have not flown QF F or CX F and this will be my first EY F flight so I cannot compare.
