Using Complimentary Lounge Pass while earning points for BA

I have a couple of flights coming up CBR-SYD-CFS and I have a complimentary lounge pass allocated for SYD.

I would like to earn points on BAFF rather than QFF, is there a trick to doing this? I'm guessing I'd have to change the FF to BA, fly the first leg, change it back the Qantas, enter the lounge, then change it back to BA right?

I think you can only use the lounge pass at one lounge so, yes, start with QF number, enter lounge, change number and leave it changed (i.e. only one change needed).
