VA Awards availability to London?

When searching for award flights to LHR from SYd, all I can see is VS or EY flights. Does VA not give award flights on their SYD-Abu Dhabi legs?

Likewise, looking for VA5710 DRW-SIN. Not appearing on Velocity Rewards

I've run in to this issue before - unless things have changed, there are no awards available Australia-Europe that include VA29 and VA30. I was told that it was going to be "looked in to".

Just been told over the phone cannot book on VA Codeshare flights. Furthermore, no quote can be given over the phone for points - that is arranged direct with the airline. (SQ, EY, etc)

Do what I just did........ pay for VA to AUH and then use points for J (or Y) seat to LHR. In my case I paid for my wife in Y+ to AUH and then used the points in J to CDG..... my wife is happy.
