It doesn’t usually. Are there any messages in your bank account in box? That is where communications occur. Otherwise ring and ask. Perhaps the situation is different because of Virgin’s collapse?Update: I initiated a cc chargeback for my cancelled VA flights at the beginning of August. Still nothing or no update from my cc after a little over 2 months. Is this normal? I didn't think it took so long.
