Hi all. I'm looking to fly SYD-PEK this October in Y and figured I'd give the VA codeshare option on SQ a go - it'll give me the WP points bonus and I'm not to set on the extra full Y SCs as I've already retained WP as a BIS Y (or at least a discount Y will throw me over on this leg, and I don't have my re-evaluation until March 2016).

I'm trying to find some info on how VA elites are treated and can only find posts from 2013. I was wondering if anyone had any more recent experience? Am I better off booking through SQ? Will I be able to get decent seats as a VA WP?
