Based on what I have found on VA website I have established that:
1. As a VA Gold, travelling in Y, I can admit another person (my +1 who is Red) into the lounge
2. As a Gold I can enter via the priority entrance in BNE and SYD

correct me if I am wrong so far.

My question is, can I take my guest into the lounge through the priority entry

Thanks eric2011

Yes, when hubby was SG and I was red, I was his tag along for everything.

Thanks, I thought so but wanted confirm it with some knowledgable people rather than ask Virgin themselves.

The other week my wife (VA Silver), myself (VA Gold), baby (3mo) and friend connected in Sydney from an international flight.

Used the premium entry with no issue. My wife used her Silver lounge pass, and the agent was happy to do this, but needed to "switch programs" on her computer.
