Would be very grateful if somebody could assist with the most affordable way to gain 70SC and 4 sectors before 15 April. I'm based in Melbourne.

I think you need to go to OOL via ADL on a flexi then back on a saver for $300.

How do I book via ADL? When I try MEL -> OOL it gives only SYD as the stopover.

maybe try the multicity booking tool?

Look closely at the connecting flight options, there will be an ADL there, usually 7.10 am.
