Some of the quotes below are no doubt 'spin' ('public relations speak') and may or may not bear any resemblance to reality - for instance, although QF has more of the corporate market, it would seem logical that VA is also affected by any slump in demand from WA-based resources company employees, since these individuals also fly for leisure - but there may be some interesting tidbits in here:

While it may be only temporary, QF's terrible timekeeping this week across the Bight (or Nullabor) on transcontinental routes must at least occasionally be noticed by corporate travellers as some will have been booked on badly late QF flights including one from PER to MEL that was delayed overnight, resulting in an arrival today (Friday 14 August 2015) at 1215 instead of the scheduled pre-midnight arrival last night.
UPDATE: Apologies: the paywall means that others may not be able to view it. Simply, however, type in 'Virgin has high hopes for new business class seat' into Google and it should appear. Steve Creedy must be back from leave as he is the author. I have yet to buy today's paper to see what else is in there, but he can be prolific.
