VA Y to CHC from SYD

Hi all,

excited to be flying to CHC form SYD in VA Y, to CHc is in saver bucket and return is in Flexi. Any chance of an upgrade on way back, have an interview to attend when I land, refreshed and slept would be good.

not expecting much from the trip, but still, anything that I should be mindful of ? I am looking forward to the refurbished Koru lounge in Sydney..

I would have thought you could use points for an upgrade on the return - give VA a call. You will enjoy the new Koru lounge - I really love the style of it. If you are there at an appropriate hour, don't miss out on getting a coughtail, the bar staff there do an fantastic job.

thanks guys, checked with contact center, no availability. maybe will try my luck at the airport when on way back. Cash upgrade is too expensive, asking for 600 per person to make the bid strong, booking Biz would have been cheaper

anyway, am more on enjoying South NZ, never been there before so will enjoy..

just go a weak bid - you probably have a good chance, the pax on that route are mainly leisure rather than business travellers i would think which means you'd probably get it
