If the A380 remain grounded no F may just be a temporary thing till Project Sunrise gets revived. Though Project Sunrise if it happens likely won't happen for quite a while one would suspect.
 
Even without F cabins, F lounge will have to open when J lounges start to reach capacity, and I think that will happen before sunrise or A380 restart.
