Flights still haven't been credited with bonus points. Called up the same day as base points were credited and told that they would be credited within a week. Then called up this evening to ask where they were and to be told that my 'review date must be between the dates of 25 August and 31 October to be eligible for the promotion'. I contested this and he went to speak to his manager. He came back with a negative response. I contested further and he went to again ask his manager. Whilst on hold, he seemingly hung up on me. Nice.

I did quote the web address where he could read the promotion himself haha. but that was when he went off the second time. ultimate ridiculousness in my mind. or perhaps sheer incompetence. regardless, i plan on trying again next week

After a 3 week wait from an email I sent about my missing points. I got a reply telling me points had been posted and apologizing for any inconvenience. Better late than never I suppose.
