Velocity Family Points Transfer

Hi All

I need to transfer points to my wife's account but it can't be done online.

I called the call centre and they said they membership team have gone home.

I am needing the points for an urgent redemption but the call centre said I have to call back in business hours Monday to Friday to transfer the points?!?

Does anyone have any tips as to what to do, when I explained it was urgent, the call centre hang up on me.

Thanks, but obviously if I had enough points I would do that.

I need the points to go to her account.
