Here’s something other Velocity FF’S hv probably dealt with. I cancelled a points booking recently but havnt seen the points back in my acct.

When I phoned to check I was told they’re there, just not showing online. Velocity offered to send a statement by email - it arrived and while it shows the returned points, it doesnt give an opening or closing points balance.

Thats when I realised the Velocity site doesn’t seem to offer a means to see a balance, other than ‘today’s’ .. no way of showing what I had, say, back last Oct or June.. Raising this with Velocity, as I can’t reconcile their statement without knowing where to start..

Anyone know how to find historical balances?

Velocity history will go back 3 years (or at least it did for me) - so February 2020.
Not sure if Velocity is able to grab history prior to that though via their back end systems? Would be interesting to see my lifetime SC earn ;)
(For the record mine is 1509 since Feb '20)

You don’t have any old emails from Velocity hanging around in your deleted items?

They usually have the balance as at that point in time.

Found last year's status renewal email which happens to mention a points balance, so that gives me a starting point to now reconcile all transactions since last Feb to see if indeed those points hv been returned..
