Velocity > KF Points Transfers - Still instant?

Hi everyone.
I've transferred Velocity points to Krisflyer many times, and it's always been instant.
I did it as usual last night (to my linked account), and they still haven't gone through - but they've definitely left my Velocity account.
Is there a chance of IT issues here, or is there now a lag, like (for example) when transferring points from Amex?

I would call Velocity. I did a transfer yesterday and it was instant.

I had this same issue last year and the points disappeared in to the ether. VA were pretty good about reinstating them after they confirmed with KF that the miles did not arrive. Only took a day or so to rectify.

Called VA who confirmed they left Velocity and the transfer should have been instant.
They are getting in touch with Krisflyer to sort t out. VA have been really good about it.

Transferred today while on the phone to KF to book...transferred instant no problem for me

Transferred some on Monday, they transferred pretty much instantly
