I keep having to chase Velocity partners to get my points. Are many other people finding this?
So far have had to chase up:
Virgin Internet for bonus
Lumo for clarification of awards amounts - am still waiting for info on missing points
Midas for car service bonus
Book A Restaurant (although to be fair it has only been 3.5weeks)
and there have been more.
To their credit, the exec services group at Velocity often sort it out very quickly.
....getting tired of having to double check and chase constantly though.....bit of a shame given that Velocity is running such a great program in many ways and their partners seem to be letting the team down.

Add to that Babylon Restaurant at The Roof Gardens in London.

I dined there in September 2013 and emailed Velocity a copy of the tax invoice for a retrospective claim of points as there was no field for the Velocity number when I made an online booking at the restaurant. The claim was subsequently rejected on the basis that it was not a bookarestaurant.com restaurant. It just goes to show that the team at Velocity is not even aware that this restaurant is a standalone partner separate to Book a Restaurant! I'm still chasing the points after almost 2 months...

I've been quite fortunate thus far with virgin mobile always posting the day after I get my bill and lumo crediting correctly for now

The only chasing up I've had to do has been 1 europcar rental and 1 Agoda booking

Been using Lumo now for 17 months and points have been posting properly for the last 14 as stated, within a week of payment.

However it did take three months at the start to get it right.

Virgin mobile were more painful (I run 4 phones through 3 accounts) but they run like clockwork now.

I have only had to chase up hertz and that was for the first time I used them - the last 3 times have credited without a problem.

Don't know whether that is due to being member of gold presidents circle or not.

I've only really ever used the airport parking site, and that posts within a couple days.

Had to chase up an Apple purchase I made in December last year for about 8-9 months before they finally gave in and credited the points. They refused to acknowledge that I had made the purchase even though I had emailed the receipt and everything. In the end they gave me the original points and also credited the same number of points again as 'goodwill gesture'. Can't complain!
