Velocity Platinum Lounge Access Jakarta

Hi all, travelling from Jakarta to Brisbane via Singapore tonight (with SIngapore airlines) and having trouble finding out if there is partner lounge access in Jakarta. Seems like Singapore airlines operated flights (it is) have lounge access for Star Gold, just wondering if anyone knows whether velocity platinum can access?
