My daughter is in Canada for a holiday and wanting to fly Air Canada to Pennsylvania. Does anyone have information on if you can earn Velocity points or status credits on Air Canada?

What makes you say that? I’m starting to doubt the VA/AC earn (and redeem) arrangement will be done before the end of the year as they promised.

They realistically only have 30 days until the start of December as I doubt they’d launch anything in December.

I was only recalling their "by their end of the year" quote. So you're probably right.
