Velocity rewards on Coles FlyBuys?

Doesn't a third of the country have a FlyBuys card? That's a lot of marketing power!

A mass mailout of cards recently occurred to those people who have Source Mastercard, but never linked it to Flybuys.... So they are active in increasing the number on offer.

It's also the program with the BEST potential.

Half of them i reckon have lost their cards..

As a wesfarmer shareholder, this is a big problem for Coles in my opinion...whoever is in charge or has been in charge should be sacked a long time ago

It may be now, but over the last few years, the management have had many issues to fix in Coles, to the point that FlyBuys was the least of their problems. They have set about fixing the more pressing problems, and obviously FlyBuys will get its turn.

I agree, but Coles is now on the right track, and I personally much prefer doing my shopping there than woolworth.

Just wish I'd get something for loyalty

Now what would be good if Velocity just went and brought Flybuys.

That way it could be 1 card in your wallet that acts as a frequent flyer card but it also your flybuys card.

My flybuys card isn't lost I just can't seem to find it at the moment.

Don't Coles have a hook up with Webjet which was announced fairly recently? So still unlikely I'd guess...

However, there is due to be a half-year results report in the near future so I'd expect an announcement of some description to ensure some column inches beyond the normal revenue/profit numbers...

It does, but on the surface, doesn't seem like worth the points spend to get the rewards... (10,000 Points/$50 Voucher = 0.005c per Point?! Someone tell me I've done a mis-calculation...really?)

Each FlyBuys point is valued at 0.5c.

Problem is Webjet's booking fee of $19.95 really only makes that voucher good for $30 of actual travel. That being said, unless you're doing massive shops at Woolies the QFF return on EDR probably isn't that much better (once $30min and QF fees taken into account).
