Hi everyone, hoping someone could help me as to when velocity will recommence transferring points to Krisflyer?
Need to book 2 tickets asap and neither virgin or Singapore will give me an answer!
Regards
Jason

I thought there was some economy?

The Velocity website still says:

We are working closely with Singapore Airlines to plan for the reintroduction of Reward Seats and the ability for members to transfer Points between the Velocity and KrisFlyer programs. Please review this page for the latest updates. Available travel dates will vary for each route.

Do you have a source for this? Last time I checked, it's not yet possible to redeem Velocity points for Singapore Airlines flights.
no i dont, but I recall Virgin announcing international redemptions are back. (sorry if i am wrong I get a million emails a day, and then I delete them)

Not even that. As we do recall SQ was always going to be separate from most of VA's other partners as they had redemptions to their Star partners blocked until recently (going by reports of seats appearing on AC and NH).

I would think SQ restoring redemptions to the Star partners take priority first.

OK, I wasn't sure if I'd missed something!

Yeah, Velocity has reinstated international redemptions but not on SQ.

For #22, get a tea spoon, which I did, and use KrisflyerVrooms, which I did too, my haul has gone from 10,xx_ to 3,111 KF miles.
Better than letteting those KF miles expire, which will surely start to happen again, later on, (after their good heartedness has gone, after their many extensions due to covid, but for how long more will KF keep giving us these extensions).

The pressure is off.💀

This is good news. I am puzzled by the impressive green badging of it as a "Solution". Can anyone explain what that is all about?
Being the definitive answer can be labelled a solution but I don't know who decides.

Now that transfers are back, I've started a new thread for discussion on how to do so and how to maximise the value in 2022 and beyond:
