Velocity Transfer-15% bonus

Don't remember getting any email but was pleasantly surprised to receive 15% bonus on a flybuys to Velocity transfer this morning...

Same, no email however I saw the banner on the velocity website which takes you to the transfer page on flybuys.

Transfer made last night and came through almost instantly with the bonus

I received Velocity email for 15% transfer between 16-31 July. Unfortunately I currently have less than 1000 flybuys. This card does not receive many useful boosters which would help. Currently in 2nd week of 4 x spend for 10,000 flybuys. The 4th week commences on Monday 30 July. Even if I spend on 30 July it's unlikely points would post in time.
My brother who family pools to me currently has approx 18,000 flybuys but he did not receive the 15% offer.

Looks like it is a targeted offer.

Same situation here but yesterday’s spend got bonus points today at 9.47 pm which I just transferred getting 15% transfer bonus

My 10,000 points posted and were transferred at about that time too.

Yes, received the same. They seem pretty desperate to get all the transfers.

I calculated the bonus as 11%, based on 2000 Flybuy points normally equalling 870 Velocity points. An additional 100 Velocity points being 11% of 870. But still not as good as the 15% offers that happen from time to time.

Ah. You are correct. I let the mist fog my brain over what seemed such a paltry offer. Thanks for the correction....but Ill sit and wait for 15% lol.

It's more like 11.5% (15% is ~130 bonus Velocity points).
