Velocity website down?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to book some flights but I can't log in to velocity.
When trying to log in I get the error:

Unexpected error when handling authentication request to identity provider.

Anyone else noticed this?
There seems to be no details about this on their website, and no response from their customer service.

www.Virginaustralia.com.au is working, but the velocity site is having issues.

The Following pops up then a redirect to VA.com occurs:

Same issue here as well - can't log in to the App either for the same reason. Asked a mate to confirm and it's down for him as well. Travel Bank still works though!

Looks like Velocity is back online ...
