Anyone get notification the Velocity website was going down for maintenance?

[h=1]Scheduled Maintenance[/h][h=2]Limited services available[/h]Our website is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. However it is still possible to access the following selected online services.

I wouldn't really call it scheduled when this happened out of nowhere, with prior notice!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

:hopeful face:

It's been taken down for the following reasons/additions:
1. major redesign.
2. the addition of full functionally between it and the VA booking site
3. Ability to select seats post-booking and prior to OLCI.
4. Reward seats with ALL partner carriers can be now booked on line.
5. SINGLE BLOODY LOG-IN for all functionality.
6. Lifetime status calculator.

All of this will be revealed officially by JB at the full year results presentation tomorrow morning.

:realistic face:
It's probably just buggered and no one knows why.

The VA site having a wobbly isn't newsworthy anymore ... it just happens and you try later or call them.
